    1. Diploma / ITI/ Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
    2. Working experience of maintaining MHE machines for min 2 years
    3. English Language Proficiency, able to speak and write in English
    4. Analytical Thinking – Use of technical knowhow to resolve machine problems.
    5. Teamwork and positive attitude while handling agitated workers
    6. Adaptability/Flexibility at work to quickly adapt to critical work situations.

Description:


  1. Inspect & diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine solutions of MHE machines such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks etc. (warehouse MHE)
  2. Diagnose & replace damaged or worn parts, weld or solder broken parts with use of diagnostic equipment’s.
  3. Recognize and recommend / correct any anticipated equipment failure or unsafe work conditions of the MHE.
  4. Schedule the periodic preventive checks schedules and keep equipment service records.
  5. Visit various work sites within Freezone for Preventive / corrective maintenance of machines.
  6. Inspect MHE’s - diagnose defects, clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work.
  7. Read and understand operating manuals, troubleshooting guides and wiring mechanics.
  8. Report back on daily work with all visit & machine status to Supervisor.
  9. Keep parts inventory. Make visit to procure the parts from market.
  10. Shall ensure daily repair & maintenance calls are resolved within the set KPI.
